Meridian Group needed a unified platform to manage resources across 12 offices in 4 countries. Their existing tools were fragmented, causing delays and communication breakdowns across teams.

We began with a two-week discovery phase, mapping workflows and identifying friction points. From there, we designed a modular architecture that could scale with the business while remaining simple for end users.

Meridian launched on schedule and within budget. Within 90 days of deployment, team leads reported a measurable reduction in cross-office delays. The platform continues to serve as the operational backbone of the business.
